These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our website and customers purchasing our services and physical products. Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

We offer:

  • Live and pre-recorded webinars focused on early childhood development and school preparedness.

  • Physical printed resources available to purchase through our website.

Please note: we do not offer digital downloads or streaming access to materials outside of the webinars.

3. Booking & Payment
​

  • All webinar bookings and resource purchases must be paid in full at the time of ordering via our website’s secure payment platform.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order.

4. Delivery of Physical Resources
​

  • Resources will be shipped to UK addresses only (unless otherwise stated).

  • Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days unless otherwise notified.

  • Little Launchpad is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, but we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
​

Webinars:

  • You have a right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase unless the webinar has already taken place or is scheduled within that 14-day period.

  • If a webinar is missed or not attended without prior notice, refunds may not be issued.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Physical Resources:

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Resources must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • If you ordered uncut resources, these must not be altered, cut, or marked in any way. Items that have been cut or customised will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your resources arrive damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ann@littlelaunchpad.com, preferably including clear photographs of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly—this may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

6. Use of Content
​

  • All content, including webinars and resources, is protected by copyright and is intended for personal use only.

  • You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any part of our materials without written permission.

  • Little Launchpad reserves the right to remove access or deny future bookings if content is misused.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • The information provided through Little Launchpad is for general educational purposes and does not constitute personal or professional advice.

  • We aim to provide accurate and helpful information, but outcomes may vary depending on each child’s needs and circumstances.

  • Little Launchpad is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the information provided.
